Snapmint

Snapmint is a leading consumer fintech offering no-cost EMI solutions across India. I joined at an early stage and worked closely with the co-founders on key business decisions, while building core product and analytics capabilities and improving customer journeys as the company scaled.

Dunzo

Dunzo was India’s first hyperlocal delivery platform, and I was part of the early team that helped bring it to scale, growing from around 1,000 orders a day to 1,000 orders an hour. Reported directly to the co-founders, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and support data-driven decisions across core delivery journeys.

MyMoment

Currently piloted within the Munich Business School community, MyMoment is a minimum viable product offering a private space to notice how you feel without labels or judgement. It explores how simple, privacy first reflection can support early awareness with no monitoring or interpretation.

Majhemojo is a retro-themed sock brand started by a friend, and I helped shape its digital side by working on the website flow and user journey, effectively acting as an unofficial CPO early on. I now support the brand in an advisory capacity, helping with product and business decisions.

Thesis - Why Personality Changes How We Shop


While analysing conversion funnels, we struggled to explain drop offs and often blamed the product. I started wondering if the difference was the person using it, which became my thesis. I built two Figma test apps to study how different personality types respond to urgency features.

Pfand Collection Concept


For my Innovation and Entrepreneurship course, I created a concept for a Pfand pickup service in Munich to make recycling easier for households and students. I mapped the problem, designed the customer journey and financial model, and tested feasibility against local regulations.
